Privacy policy:

 

Baby BeeHinds™ understands that your privacy is important.  Please be assured that your details will never be passed onto any other business, organisation or individual.

 

Postage:

 

We try to make postage as economical as possible.  In many instances, we actually offer free postage! Where free postage is not available, you'll find our postage costs very reasonable.  We choose to use Australia Post's E-Parcel to deliver your goods. All orders are sent registered and will require a signature upon delivery.   If your parcel doesnt arrive as expected, please let us know and we will trace its whereabouts!

For INTERNATIONAL customers, actual international shipping costs will be charged.  If these are different to what is provided by your order confirmation, we will email you to confirm shipping charges prior to posting your items.

 

 

Payment

 

We accept payments via Direct Deposit, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.  We do not accept COD arrangements under any circumstances. 

 

Processing Orders:


Please understand that Baby BeeHinds™ is not a huge multi-million dollar enterprise.  We are a small family owned business, and therefore we take pride in running this business ourselves around our family life.  

From time to time family situations may arise which could mean a small delay in communications or delivery.  We will, of course, do our absolute best to ensure all items are sent out according to delivery specifications.  In the event of any delay which means a 'longer than usual' waiting time, a notice will be placed in the 'news' section of the website, notifying customers of the current lead time. 

Please note that as a business, we also have the right to refuse any sale to any person/s we feel uncomfortable trading with.
 

Returns Policy:

 

Here at Baby BeeHinds™ we want you to be happy with our products.  We'll do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase!  If you have any queries about our products, please email us prior to ordering to clarify.

Baby BeeHinds stands behind the workmanship and quality of all properly cared for products for 6 months from the date of purchase.  Our product guarantee covers all snap, velcro, elastic and fabric components of our nappies and covers.

Should you find any fault with your Baby BeeHinds™ products, please let us know immediately.  You will be required to fill out a 'returns form'  so that we can better understand the problem you are experiencing, and this form is to be completed and sent back to us with the items of concern.  Postage is covered by us on any faulty items.  We will repair or replace any FAULTY goods up to 6 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee is valid for the ORIGINAL purchaser only, and proof of purchase will be required, so be sure to hang on to your receipt for any warranty claims.

The Baby BeeHinds product guarantee does NOT cover:

  • leaking (except as related to a manufacturing defect)
  • normal wear and tear

For regular returns or swaps, we are happy to refund or exchange any items providing they are in NEW AND UNWASHED/UNUSED condition upon being returned to us, and this also must be within 6 months. Receipt of purchase is required for all returns and swaps and postage is not covered by us in this instance.  Please note that Baby BeeHinds Pty Ltd will only refund purchases made directly via Baby BeeHinds Pty Ltd (ABN: 32120836071) and does not provide refunds on purchases made via Product Demonstrators or other retail outlets.  Please contact the point of purchase regarding refunds in this instance.

Due to the nature of the product, we absolutely cannot and will not refund used/washed items.
