Davina has a lot to do with the customer service side of things here at BBH. If you send a general enquiry email, then you'll most likely be looked after by her. Davina is the founder of Baby BeeHinds, and in addition to her many management and customer service responsibilities, Davina is also the creative designer of all Baby BeeHinds branded products, and takes care of marketing etc.

Patrick shares company management duties with Davina, and is largely responsible for stock management, general running of our warehouse and a lot of customer service via the phone. If you phone Baby BeeHinds, you'll most likely be looked after by Patrick. Patrick is also there to provide advice re the design of our product lines and when time permits, helps Joel out with the packing and dispatch of customer orders.

Patrick and Davina's adorable children, Samarah, Blake and Faith, have had hugely important roles over the years- testers for all our products during the design phase!

Jess is our accounts star! Anything to do with invoices, processing orders and payments, Jess is the gal you'll be dealing with. When time permits, Jess also helps out with customer service (both phone and email) and occassionally will venture out in to the world of boxes...officially known as our warehouse... to pack orders with Joel.

Joel's role is a very busy one...he packs the majority of retail, wholesale and demonstrator orders here at Baby BeeHinds! Joel also takes the time to do secondary quality inspections in order to ensure that each of our customers receives first quality items.

Rochelle is our very special book-keeper. She's addicted to MYOB, and loves number crunching. Which is a good thing, because we have a lot of numbers to crunch! Rochelle's role is more 'behind the scenes', and not directly related to customer orders. Baby BeeHinds, however, would be lost without her!

Gosh, we have too many to photograph now, and whilst each demonstrator is a sole trader (and therefore they are their own small business), we still consider them a very important part of the greater BBH team. Did you know that all of our demonstrators were previously customers of ours? That's right- they've loved our products so much they were eager to join our team. And we LOVE supporting mothers. Afterall, who better is there to offer experienced advice to you, the potential customer, than other mums who use and stand by Baby BeeHinds? Nobody.
