With the majority of products being one-size-fits most, they will require some adjustment for the correct fit and will be bulkier on a newborn. It has everything you need! Most of the nappies are One-Size-Fits Most, so you dont need to upgrade the size as baby grows. The only sized nappies are the night nappies.  You should have enough nappies to only wash every second day (3 loads per week) 2 piece system (fitted + cover) allows for best leak protection.
