Returns & CancellationsHere at Baby BeeHinds we want you to be happy with our products. We'll do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase! If you have any queries about our products, please contact us prior to ordering to clarify.
Returns for refund:
With exception*, we are happy to refund your full purchase price on any items providing they are in NEW AND UNWASHED/UNUSED condition (upon being returned to us within 7 days of the purchase date). Receipt of purchase is required for ALL returns and postage is not covered by us in this instance. Any items provided free with the original order must be returned as well or their value will be deducted from the refund total.
Please note that BB Hinds Pty Ltd will only refund purchases made directly via BB Hinds Pty Ltd (ABN: 21498417597) and does not provide refunds on purchases made via Product Demonstrators or other retail outlets. Please contact the point of purchase regarding refunds in this instance.
Due to the nature of the product, we absolutely cannot and will not refund used/washed items. Refunds are also not valid on 'seconds' items.
Returns process as follows:
1) Carefully inspect the items you are returning to check for any marks, rips/tears or offensive smells (including cigarette smoke). If any of the items display any of these signs, your refund request will be refused.
2) After inspecting the items, safely package them in a waterproof satchel or padded bag, along with your Baby BeeHinds Pty Ltd purchase receipt, and a note CLEARLY detailing:
Remember, costs associated with postage to send the items back to Baby BeeHinds is your responsibility. You might like to consider sending your items by some kind of trackable mail (registered, express), as Baby BeeHinds will not be responsible for refunding the value of such items should your parcel go missing in transit. Returns for swap:
We are happy to accomodate requests for swaps in the event that the wrong size or colour was purchased. Please note that any items being returned for a swap MUST be in NEW AND UNWASHED/UNUSED condition, otherwise the swap request will be refused. Any items sent back for a swap must be received by Baby BeeHinds Pty Ltd within 7 days of the date of purchase, and the original purchase receipt must be provided. All postage costs to and from Baby Beehinds is the responsibility of the buyer. Postage costs to return the swapped items to the customer will be calculated at actual shipping costs (based on weight and destination postcode) - not our flat rate shipping fee.

Should there be any additional product costs associated with your swap, a member of the Baby BeeHinds staff team will contact you via phone or email to arrange payment, including the calculated shipping cost.
Cancelling an order:If your order has not yet been processed and dispatched, you are welcome to cancel it. This can be done by accessing your account here on the Baby BeeHinds website. Alternatively, you can call or email us your cancellation request. Please be sure to let us know your order reference number if you're calling or emailing.
In the event that you wish to cancel your order and it has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the RETURNS process outlined above. Bulk Discount: Bulk discounts only apply to non sale items.
