Baby BeeHinds Returns and Cancellations Policy

Here at Baby BeeHinds, we want you to be absolutely happy with the products you have purchased.  But we do understand that sometimes things don’t fit or you might just not like the look of the items you have ordered.  It’s always best to contact us prior to placing your order if you are unsure of the correct size or just need some clarification, but if you have received your nappies and for some reason need to return them to us, then we will do our very best to accommodate your request!

There are a few things that you need to know before you return your products to us as there are a few exceptions which you need to be aware of:
  • Goods must be in AS NEW condition and be UNWASHED and UNWORN – if you’re unsure if the nappies will fit your little one then we suggest trying them on before you wash them.  As soon as the nappies are washed or worn we will be unable to offer you a refund or swap.  Due to the nature of the product we absolutely cannot and will not refund/swap used or washed goods.
  • If you need to return nappies for a swap or refund, you need to return the goods to us or make contact with us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • You need to be the original owner and have purchased directly through the BBH website.  If your purchase was made through a BBH consultant, or stockist we are unable to help you directly.  Please contact the point of purchase in this instance.
  • Baby BeeHinds will not provide refunds on goods if a customer simply wishes to return goods recently purchased with the intention of repurchasing the same goods due to a sale/promotion commencing shortly after the original purchase.  Please see: http://www.business.gov.au/BusinessTopics/Fairtrading/Pages/Warrantiesandrefunds.aspx for more information.

Returns for refund process:

  1. Carefully inspect the items you would like to return to check for any marks, rips/tears, offensive smells (ie. Cigarette smoke), pet hair etc.  If any item is not in "as new” condition your request for return for refund will be refused.
  2. After inspecting your items, safely pack them into a waterproof satchel or padded bag along with your proof of purchase and a note clearly detailing the following:
    • Your name, postal address, email address and phone number
    • The items you are returning
    • The reason for your refund
  3. Post your items to:

  • Please note that the cost of postage is your responsibility, and that Baby Beehinds is unable to accept responsibility for refunding the value of items lost in the post, so please consider using a trackable mail option.
  • Once the parcel is recived by Baby BeeHinds we will process your refund.
    Please note:
    • If your original order qualified for free shipping and a full or partial refund results in your order total falling below the free shipping threshold (currently $99), the flat rate postage charge (currently $8.95) will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • If a partial refund results in your original order value falling below the applicable bulk purchase discount threshold, the discount on the entire order will be recalculated based on the new order total, and any amount owing will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • If your order contained any promotional specials such as free gifts based on a minimum spend, or 2 for 1 promotions, the value of the free goods will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returns for swap process:

We are happy to accommodate requests for swaps in the event that the wrong size or colour was ordered.

  • Baby BeeHinds will contact you when the parcel arrives to arrange payment for return post to you, and if there is any additional charge associated with your swap.

Order Cancellations:

If your order has not yet been processed and dispatched , you are welcome to cancel it.  This is best done by accessing your account here on the Baby BeeHinds website, or by calling us on 02 4976 2729. Please be sure to let us know your order reference number (you will have received this in your order confirmation email).

In the event that your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns process as outlined above.
