Baby BeeHinds strives to offer our customers the best shipping service possible. Following is everything you need to know about processing times and postage details.
Our office is currently closed for Christmas & New Year. We reopen 5th January, so all orders placed during this time will be dispatched on the 5th Jan.
We endeavour to have orders dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. During sale periods, processing times are generally between 2-5 business days, this is simply due to sheer volume of orders, and we always work our hardest to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
Baby BeeHinds uses the Australia Post E-Parcel system for all deliveries. Upon dispatch from our warehouse you will receive an email to let you know that your package has been shipped. All orders are sent via receipted delivery and will require a signature in order to be released to you. If your parcel doesn’t arrive as expected, please let us know and we will trace its whereabouts. Generally, if you are not home at the time of attempted delivery, your parcel will have been taken back to the local Post Office to await collection. In this instance, you should be left a calling card notifying you of the attempted delivery and your parcel's whereabouts.
Postage charges for Australian orders:
· $8.95 flat rate for all orders under $99
· Free shipping
Postage charges for International orders:
· Shipping is calculated based on weight, please email email@example.com for an estimate, or you will receive an email from us after you place your order with your shipping costs.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse it is subjected to Australia post shipping times. Parcels are sent from Sydney 2756 and delivery is generally next business day for Sydney metro, between 1-3 business days for QLD, ACT and VIC metro, 2-4 business days for TAS and SA Metro, 2-5 business days for WA and NT Metro. Delivery to regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
We are more than happy to post to most countries in the world. It is best to contact us for a shipping quote and to check if we can ship to your country before placing your order. If you place an order with us, the shipping charges are not reflected in our checkout process. International shipping charges vary considerably based on package weight, destination and insurance options. After you have placed your order, we will contact you with your actual shipping cost options, which must be paid prior to the dispatch of your parcel.
