Who are we looking for? 

Authenticity! First & foremost we are looking for genuine, fun, creative minded parents to represent & share our brand. Whether you are brand new to reusable nappies and ready to give it a red hot crack OR are an experienced cloth nappy parent – a genuine interest and love of everything sustainable is essential. We are hear to help you see how easy it is to make cloth nappies work in your life! We want real life content, videos of you & your baby, videos of you trying a new product, video of your nappies in action. You’re baby’s face doesn’t have to be shown if you don’t want too. 

Experience? You must be able to create & edit your content in a ready to share format. You don’t need thousands of followers (although that can be helpful) – but you must be great at bringing together a story, or video content of your cloth nappy experiences using our products. You can pick from a whole list of content ideas. As a nappy brand, having a baby or toddler who will be using the product in action is essential as we want you & your babe to feature in our content. 

What about social accounts? You must have established Instagram OR TikTok Account that are set to public so we can see the types of content you have created. We don’t mind if you have 30 or 30,000 followers, it’s more about showing us the type of content you like to create. 

How to Apply to Join Our Content Team? 

Firstly head to our Instagram & TikTok Accounts to get our attention. If you’re not already following us, give us a follow and send us a DM introducing yourself as part of our Content Creator Search. 

Send us us an email to leanne@babybeehinds.com.au with a bit of information about you, your baby & your content experience. 

Other Details.
You must be based in Australia.  Please note, this is not a position that you are paid money for – it’s an agreement of free product in exchange for content that we can use on our social accounts, and serves as a great opportunity for creators to build their profile & for you to build a reusable nappy stash.   We have lots of fun in our content team & understand that as parents you need flexibility so if you’re after something a little creative in your life, then what have you got to loose! 

FAQ 
Does my baby’s face need to be in the content? No – We totally understand if you don’t want your little baby’s face in our content – there are plenty of other ways to generate content we can use – your wonderful face, a from bee-hind video, a close up of the product on your baby, just the product on its own – we have a whole heap of ideas to get you started. 

Does my account need to be public? Ideally, yes so we can see the type of content you create in our search. Just ask

How do I send you the content? Easy – we have a dropbox folder that you upload your content too, and we take care of the rest. We can do the editing from there OR you can also post on your social accounts any time you like (min. 1 per week/per product) 

How do I know if I’m chosen? Once you have been in touch that you’re interested and shared us some of your favourite content, we will shortlist our selected team and be in touch directly with you from there. (We get you to sign a short term contract & photo release form but its all pretty simple).
