Returns and Cancellations Policy

We want you to be absolutely happy with the products you have purchased but we do understand that sometimes things don’t fit or you might just not like the look of the items you have ordered.  Please contact us prior to placing your order if you’re unsure of sizing, but if you have received your nappies & need to return them to us then please see the information below.


Return for Refund/Exchange/Cancellation 

We are happy to offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind on most full price and reduced items. No refunds on sales items unless faulty – exchange or credit only for sale items. If you are returning an item that is part of a bulk pack, trial pack then we reserve the right to refund the full RRP of that product. The cost of any free gifts or transaction fees will also be deducted from the refund amount in this case. 

The following change of mind timeframes apply:

  • Online (Australia/New Zealand): 60 days from date of delivery
  • Online (International): 60 days from order placement.

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, items returned for change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned items.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original, re-sellable condition
  • For change of mind returns, Afterpay (6%) & PayPal, Stripe (3%) orders will be refunded less merchant fees.
  • If the cost of any return items reduce the original order below the $99 free shipping threshold, then actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • For order cancellations prior to dispatch an admin fee of $5 per order will be applicable, so your refund amount will be less merchant fess and admin fee. 

Consumer Guarantees

Product Faults are extremely rare, however if you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.

Some sale or clearance items must be chosen carefully as some items cannot be returned as the product fault (or possible fault) is clearly marked on the product page.  Shipping costs for any faults/warranty issues will be covered by Baby BeeHinds. 

Baby BeeHinds will not provide refunds on goods if a customer simply wishes to return goods recently purchased with the intention of repurchasing the same goods due to a sale/promotion commencing shortly after the original purchase.  Please see: http://www.business.gov.au/BusinessTopics/Fairtrading/Pages/Warrantiesandrefunds.aspx for more information

Returns for Refund/Exchange process:

  1. After inspecting your items, safely pack them into a waterproof satchel or padded bag along with your proof of purchase and a note clearly detailing the following:
    • Your name, postal address, email address and phone number
    • The items you are returning
    • The reason for your refund or items you would like exchanged.

  2. Post your items to:

  • Please note that the cost of postage is your responsibility, and that Baby Beehinds is unable to accept responsibility for refunding the value of items lost in the post, so please consider using a trackable mail option. For exchange items, there is a $11.95 charge to re-post your exchange items back to you.
  • Once the parcel is received by Baby BeeHinds we will process your refund/exchange within 7 days.
    Please note:
    • If your original order qualified for free shipping and a full or partial refund results in your order total falling below the free shipping threshold, the actual postage charges will be deducted from the refund amount.  (minimum $9.95) will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • If a partial refund results in your original order value falling below the applicable bulk purchase discount threshold, the discount on the entire order will be recalculated based on the new order total, and any amount owing will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • If your order contained any promotional specials such as free gifts based on a minimum spend, or 2 for 1 promotions, the value of the free goods will be deducted from your refund amount
    • Any returns for refund beyond our 60 day policy will be considered on an individual basis however an admin & handling fee of $25 may be applied & the refund will be less the actual shipping costs.
