Free Shipping

Applies to all Australian orders over $99. We use either Australia Post Eparcel, Couriers Please, Startrack, Aramax or DHL or other services. 

Please note: We may be unable to ship to PO Boxes, so you may be contacted to change shipping address as couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. 

Flat Rate $9.95 

For all orders under $99, this flat rate applies. We use Australia Post Eparcel, Couriers Please, Aramax, Startrack of DHL. 

Express Post 

At checkout you may choose to upgrade your order to Express Post. This usually ensures you package is delivered within 2 business days through the Australia Post Express Post or DHL network.

International Delivery 
All international shipments will have the shipping costs displayed at checkout and it should display both standard & express shipping options.  Please ensure your whole address is added at checkout for rates to display. Free shipping is not applicable to international orders.  All international shipments are trackable, & insured and the shipping cost is based on your order weight, and delivery location and these are the actual freight charges for your order and any local import or duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.  We take no responsibility for any lost items for international shipping, and any local customs/taxes are payable buy the customer. 

Tracking Information

Once your order has been picked & packed, you will receive a tracking email & the tracking ID will also be saved to your order history so we highly recommend creating an account when you checkout. 
Your tracking email will be generated through our Shipping Partner Shippit and include the courier details and tracking information. Please check your junk mail for this email. 

Reshipping/Incorrect address: If your order is shipped to the address provided on the order page, and the item is returned to us due to incorrect address or not collecting a reshipment fee of $11.95 will be charged to reship your order. We also reserve the right to charge for any return to sender fees we incur with our courier partners. 

Returns Shipping: Any shipping costs for items falling under our returns/exchange policy are to be covered by the customer requesting the return/exchange. Please email us prior to sending items back to ensure your request is a approved.
