We are searching for our next valuable team member to join the hive of activity at HQ …

The Role
A mix of pick/packing orders & customer service this position is an integral part of our business. Responsibilities include:

🌼 Co-ordinating & packing the daily customer & wholesale orders
🌼 Speaking with customers to rectify any order issues
🌼 Manage/check ongoing stock levels
🌼 Advising customers with product questions & information
🌼 Mon & Thursday (approx 3+ hours per day)
🌼 plus extra days during peak sale times (advance notice)

Your Experience
🍀 A can-do attitude & who has excellent initiative to get things done
🍀 Attention to detail – getting customer orders correct is a big deal!
🍀 Cloth Nappy experience is NOT essential, but would be beneficial
🍀 IT Savvy (basic IT skills a minimum)
🍀 We are open to what type of previous experience you have in the workforce, with some type of customer service skills essential
🍀 Physically able to lift/move the occasional box of nappies as needed.
